May promote restful sleep & aid in insomnia*

15 mL. Dilution rate: 3% (best used for short-term for a temporary health issue). To further dilute use a carrier oil similar to Sunflower.

Sleep Time Organic Essential Oil Blend

Sleepy Time Organic Essential Oil Blend is one of my favorite Poofy essentials! I cannot live without it and take it with me on trips! I always keep it in arms reach at night! I have it in the drawer in the nightstand! I highly recommend this product to anyone who has sleep issues! You only need a little and it lasts forever! I am usually sleeping within 3-7 minutes! Sweet dreams! Zzzz.....

Sleepy Sleep

My 9 year old has a hard time falling asleep. My husband used to give my girls melatonin but we stopped that quickly. I didn't want them to get used to falling asleep with a pill. We started using Sleepy Sleep and OMG, it's like magic. Even I use it when I can't fall asleep. I love that it has no side effects at all.  For the price and no side effects, there's no reason not to use this product if you have a hard time falling asleep.

Miracle!

We are HUGE fans of sleepy sleep in this house. I have a condition called Dysautonomia and have struggled with terrible insomnia for 17 years! When I had my baby Gentry, he was a great sleeper but I was only getting 2-4 hours of sleep because my body just wouldn’t shut down. This is crazy but I bought my mom some sleepy sleep essential oil for Mother’s Day because she struggles to sleep as well. She tried it and said it worked AMAZING. She actually slept! So of course I bought myself some. I use Sleepy Sleep essential oil and Poofy’s USDA organic cedarwood (I dilute the cedarwood since it’s not yet) on the bottom of my feet before bed and cedarwood in an inhaler by the bed in case I need it. Guess what?! I’ve never needed it because I fall asleep within 10-15 minutes. Never in my life do I remember falling asleep that quickly without a control substance. I sleep BETTER then I did on ambien and wake more refreshed. I also don’t have any of the insane side effects I had with pharmaceuticals. And since I bedshare, I wake easily to any movement in bed but can quickly and easily fall right back asleep. This has truly been a miracle for me! Oh yeah, and guess what?! The sleepy sleep line is safe for/around baby.

Love Sleep Blend Oil!

My 3 year old has a hard time falling asleep and I was desperate for some way to help. I diffuse a few drops of this blend every night. I find it even makes me sleepy. She still has trouble falling asleep but I think it really does calm her down.
